Yesterday I posted eleven 35mm films off for development..
Before the end of May I move into my new home where I shall build a dark room and learn to develop photographs myself. Wonderful.

The last three months have been a dream.. I can’t even begin to try and accept that I am leaving tomorrow, devastated.
Although I am very grateful for the wonderful friends I will soon be seeing again back in Europe.
I am also excited for the route home via Honolulu, Vancouver & Seattle. So maybe I should stop feeling so melancholic for I am a lucky lady.

I feel like this city was built for me, and it’s breaking my heart that I have to leave.

I cherish euphoric days like this, everything is perfect, nothing could go wrong.
Upcoming destinations.
April 24th I depart to Honolulu,
April 27th onwards to Vancouver,
And May 5th I arrive early into London.
Bloody marvellous.
I took another roll of 35mm film today with the Olympus, that’s three films that are now in the pile for development..
..in the time being, I might purchase an Instax to play with, but which one?
I’m going on a spontaneous adventure today to Mornington Peninsula..

I just finished a painting that is really quite lovely and I just can’t risk posting a picture on here incase the birthday recipient may see it early. Darn it.
My brief trip to the blue mountains was not satisfying enough. I feel the need to be somewhere completely remote, my rurally isolated childhood has given me the desire to break free from the city in search of greener grass. someone take me somewhere new, just for one day.
